The Pink Poodle Restaurant has been the goal of owners Ken and Connie Bible since purchasing the building in 2003. As collectors of 50's music and memorabilia since the early years of their marriage, the Pink Poodle was a natural culmination of their dream.
In addition to the authentic working soda fountain (which came from a drug store in Cozad, NE), the back bar came from an original North Platte bar and Buffalo Bill was reported to have drank at this bar. When the Bibles found it, it had gone through several businesses and individuals and was in a barn being used as a workbench. It has been restored as much as possible, still keeping its authenticity.
It's our hope that you enjoy your visit and the nostalgic memories of a simpler time. Bring your family and friends and return time and time again!
